Despite recent events, the real estate market has not yet hit a pause in Colorado. There are still new listings going up, and properties are selling, albeit at a slower pace than the last few weeks. Prohibition Last for ~3 Hours in Colorado

Yesterday, the City and County of Denver deemed liquor stores and dispensaries non-essential in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus by shutting down more and more businesses. This plan backfired in as little as 30 minutes a crowds swarmed to stock up before the shutdown, causing huge crowds and fear from owners who tried to control the masses. Colorado Closes All Ski Resorts

Governor Jared Polis has made an executive order that all ski resorts in Colorado will be closed for a minimum of one week due to the outbreak of COVID-19. This comes after many resorts had already announced they would shut down beginning March 15. Vail Resorts, Alterra Mountain Company, Aspen Snowmass, Telluride, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland all announced closures Saturday.
