Thump Coffee imports and roasts high quality coffee from around the world. It’s based out of Bend, Oregon, their only other location. The Capitol Hill Roastery is a clean, laid-back space with plenty of tables and seating. They serve beer and wine, in addition to coffee, teas and pastries.
